  • How Do I Receive An Accurate Quote For A Custom Apparel Order?

  • What are your business hours?
    We are operational Monday - Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm EST. We are not open on weekends or holidays. Business days do not include weekends. Communication will be limited outside of normal business hours!
  • What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for placing a custom apparel order?
    Please note that our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for producing custom apparel is four (4) of the same general design, apparel type, and colorwave. Please note that your order can extend to more members of different crossing season/year (if applicable). Unfortunately, we will not design nor produce a custom apparel order that falls short of our MOQ. We look forward to the opportunity to help turn your vision into reality!
  • Can I see a design before I purchase?
    You are welcome to browse through our portfolio to determine if our style and capabilities are right for your project. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any designs for free.
  • What's your turnaround time?
    Turnaround times vary based on the project and client. Below are typical turnarounds. However, your turnaround can be shorter or longer depending on the complexity and size of the project and substantial communication. Clients are informed of what to expect based on the information provided to the designer from the client. Logo Design: 5-7 business days Custom Apparel Production Stage: 4-7 weeks; not including weekends or holidays Printing Services: Varies
  • What files do I recieve?
    You will receive the PNG transparent file, PDF & JPEG of your finished project which will be sent to the email address you provided on your order receipt.
  • What if I'm not satified with my design?
    No worries! Once your first draft is sent, you will receive (2) revisions free of charge. After that there is a fee of $15-$100 for each additional alteration. Unfortunately, once your project is underway there are no refunds under any circumstances. Please carefully read over the terms & conditions before proceeding with your purchase.
  • I need a design or custom apparel ASAP, is that possible?"
    RUSH FEE: We can normally accommodate time sensitive inquires depending on our production schedule, however, a rush fee of $75 will be added to your order's total. Our rush fee for group/bulk orders (custom apparel quantities of 5 or more) is $75 per piece of apparel. This is not to be mistaken with rush shipping/delivery of printed designs. Rush shipping/delivery costs will vary based on printing services needed.
  • What is your revision policy?
    Every client recieves two revisions FREE of charge. After the 2nd revision, $15-100 fees per revision will apply. Turnarounds on revisions are contingent upon the revision requested.
